Summer camp surveilled by Webcams 24 Hours
To watch what your kids do "on-line"
Our English Camp in Leon offers special diets to those that need it, vegetarians and gluten-free, in addition, to the standard diets that we describe in continuation.
The best way to know what we offer our campers is to see our diet table of the Summer Camp 2007. We provide professional cooks that are used to cooking for 700 people.
CHATTING IN ENGLISH WITH DAVIDAnother page to view at our website is on our suppliers, and why we feel our camp offers the best quality in food in all over the country. It’s not strange to see children going for seconds in our dining hall.
A key factor to learning is the diet. In the Camp of Leon, we establish a diet designed by experts in child nutrition that is well-balanced and natural, and always made up of best quality products.
A well-balanced diet consists of several factors such as sex, weight, height, age, and day-to-day activities. At our campsite, we think about the age and the nutrition of the children and the nutrients necessary for their activity level here.
We feel that every serving has to provide proteins, minerals, and vitamins. Proteins should be 15% of total calories, lipids will not exceed 30% of total calories, and glucose should not exceed 55-60% of total calories.
On the other hand, we will try to control the abuse of snacks in the campsite, as well as, in trips and visits.
