Excursions with native English teachers

Stays with language immersion available for schools, educational groups, AMPAS, associations, sports clubs ... in Robledo de Fenar, 30 Kms. From Leon capital

The schools that make excursions during the school year have in our facilities and our team of native teachers one of the best options available in the market to carry out linguistic immersions with native speakers of English, while doing multi-adventure activities and cultural visits in a program designed to measure for each school.

GMR Summer Camps has been organizing camps with natives in Spain since 2003, and thanks to this we offer a great experience and knowledge to organize a playful-educational excursion with native teachers and instructors. With more than 50 different schools that have already attended our facilities since 2009, we are one of the usual companies in the market of school trips.

In these programs we get the students to have a great time while interacting with a large group of native English teachers who will carry the weight of the activity, with the support and supervision of some qualified instructors.

The duration of this extra-curricular activity can vary from a half-day (close schools only), up to 15 days, to schools throughout Spain.

Custom designed program

During the school trip there is usually a theme that will dominate the entire program. As soon as you arrive, the first games to break the ice are made and the purpose of the excursion is explained. After that they begin the realization of ludic activities in a privileged natural environment such as the central mountain of Leon.

Before each activity, the native teachers organize thematic seminars (they are teachers, but the idea is not to transmit the concept of "class" to the student), where the vocabulary that will dominate all the activity in English is taught. Teachers are native speakers and always speak in English, so the associated grammar in those seminars facilitates their learning, that grammar that we always complain that is studied in class so many times, but then we do not know how to use. With this we get after the seminars, and during the playful activities accompanied by the natives, practice the language and set concepts, grammar and vocabulary, in a natural and fun way for students.
