Today was our last full day at camp for this quincena :-( In the morning we did some stretches and Khephra taught the 'The Cupid Shuffle' before class. Wednesday, July 13 Today saw our campers recovering from their night of terror with the monitors. We did our warm-ups to the Cha Cha slide (a true exercise in taking directions), and some stretching to wake up the tired ones. Today we spent the day at the river!! A short drive followed by a 40 minute hike through gorgeous landscapes and we were there. What a lovely swimming area, there's a diving board and both shallow and deep areas for the kids to swim and paddle. We had a picnic lunch of sandwiches and melon. Day 11 was a normal day but much funner than other normal days for some reason. Our first English class was very interesting. We did a survivor test to see if we could survive a crash on the moon which was designed by NASA. We had to rank 15 items by most important to least.
